In the design-build process Overton & Associates is accountable for architecture, engineering and all aspects of construction. From concept–to-completion we control the design and construction quality, the project costs and schedules. What this means is our clients can run their businesses while Overton & Associates accepts full responsibility for translating the customer’s needs and ideas into the delivery of the finished product.
